What is your return policy?
We accept 7days replacement for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Disposable period panties that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How do I initiate a return?
WhatsApp us at +91 78079 33327 or email returns@dreameaseshop.in with your order ID and reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a pickup slot.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account via NEFT.
What if my product arrived damaged or wrong?
We'll replace it at no cost. Share a photo via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll dispatch a fresh order immediately.
Are gummies and consumables returnable?
Unopened and sealed nutritional products are eligible for 7days replacement. Once the seal is broken, replacement is not accepted for health and safety reasons.
