How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and complete the payment.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email or message with your order details once it’s successfully placed.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us via mail or whatsapp as soon as possible.
How do i apply Coupon promocode during placing an order?
You can enter your coupon or promo code at checkout in the “Apply Coupon” or “Promo Code” box. The discount will be applied before payment.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available on you store?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on our store. This payment option allows you to pay in cash at the time of delivery
How do i track my order?
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within 24 hours.
How do i cancel my order?
If you have ordered wrong item, go to orders< click on icon on upper right corner <click on cancel order, you order will be cancelled or mail us at support@aurummedicare.com or whatsapp us on 7807933671
I have received an error after I entered my card details. What shall I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This can be a temporary issue. Please try again after a few minutes.

If the issue is persists, contact our customer support.
The amount has been deducted but order has not been placed?
If the payment was deducted but you didn’t receive an order confirmation, this could be one of the challenges faced when the transaction times out. Don’t worry. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the payment to reflect. If the order is not successfully placed in our system, it will automatically return the amount to your bank within 7 working days.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You'll receive a notification once it's dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped & would accept the return of unused and unopened items. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll get tracking details once your order is shipped.
What could i do if i cancel the order and did not get refund?
If you’ve canceled your order and haven’t received refund within 5-10 business days, please contact our customer support with your order details. We’ll resolve it promptly.
In case I return the products, will the COD charges be credited back?

I have forgot my Dreamease password, can i change it?
